Barcelo Maya Caribe Beach Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico 2009May 10, 2012 Here are a few photos from our January 2009 vacation at the Barcelo Maya Caribe Beach Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico. This all-inclusive resort is absolutely gorgeous! The beaches and pools are huge and very clean. The meals were great and the people were very friendly and pleasant to be around. We had a 3rd floor balcony that overlooked the beautiful palm trees and lush gardens. Since we went so soon after the holidays, they still had lights on all of the palm trees at night! Hubby had a blast on a wave runner with his friend. We would highly recommend this resort to everyone! During the day, it was in the mid 80's the entire trip and then what a drag to come home to the mid 20's!!

BARCELO MAYA - Palace, Tropical, Colonial, Caribe & Beach ResortApr 19, 2012 Beautiful, amazing resort. It was my first time in Mexico and I loved every minute of it. We stayed at Barcelo Maya Colonial Beach but all the resorts are connected and you can wonder all over the place. The newest and by far the best is Barcelo Maya Palace. It has a modern feel to it and the resort can't be more than a couple years old. If you can afford it then that's great. The Palace has a beautiful lobby with an amazing view (see video). If you are thinking of going then think no more. Barcelo maya is just great.
